This is due to our past experiences with visitors letting the Hotel or Taxis book for them,

When requesting a trail or lesson with us, please follow these steps for an easier booking:
1. Honestly rate your horse riding level from 0 - 5
0 - no experience at all, first time
1 - have been on a horseback before, and know some basics like, left, right, stop
2 - know how to control a horse, trot
3 - know how to control a horse quite well, trot and cantering (loping)
4 - know how to control a horse very well, trot, cantering and galloping
5 - Teacher and Trainer level, highly experienced and can handle all types of horses and situations
*Please note that riding experience in the arena and outside the arena is very different
2. How many persons you´re booking for and everyone´s riding levels
*If your group consist of inexperienced and experienced riders,
it´s still possible to go on a trail together when its pre-booked.
3. Which trail do you want to ride
Beach trail Level 2 - 5 Option A (Physically fit. Level 3 and up) or Option B (Slower pace. Level 2 and up)
Beginner Beach trail Level 0-1
Mountain trail Level 2-5
Beginner trail (Mountain) Level 0-1

4. What date and time you want to ride
*Please note that the time for our trails is based on the water tides, which vary from day til day.

Please note that if you´re under 18, a parent will have to sign our Liability and release agreement form for you.
*When reserved a spot for a trail or lesson, you are responsible to inform us of any cancellation
at least 1 hour before the appointment, if not,
a charge of 1.000 THB will be charged to the informed address as a fee
for wasting our time, opportunity, preparation and etc.
If you have misinformed us about your level, and are too nervous, where we see that you will be to harm to our horses, yourself and affect the others riding the trail,
whether willingly or told to step down from the horse at the club before the trail,
we will charge 1.000 THB for wasting our time and opportunity.
